Lago Estancia, one of the smaller Gilbert lakefront communities, is a peaceful and intimate community infused with a small town neighborly feel. This serene subdivision offers approximately 100 waterfront homes, and many are separated from the lake by “view fences” which provide enhanced water safety for families with small children. Additionally, the manmade lake is not as busy as some nearby lakes, less boats and less traffic equate with less noise and congestion; and a more tranquil lakeside existence. This community does not have a club house or a community pool. But it does have beautifully landscaped walking paths that meander through the community and along the lake’s edge, providing residents ample areas for a summertime early morning stroll or a mid winter jog.
